Do you do alterations?

We do not offer in-house alterations at this time. We can certainly recommend an alterations specialist based on where you live. 

Do I need an appointment?

Absolutely! We do require appointments. This allows us to cater to one bridal party at a time, ensuring that you receive our undivided attention as you find your dream wedding gown. This also ensures we follow recommended CDC Guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and allows us to sanitize our store in between appointments. 

Cancellation Fee

We do collect Credit Card information when booking appointments. There is a $25 cancellation fee for less than 24 hours notice or no-shows. 

How long do appointments last?

Our appointments run for 90 minutes, which gives our brides and enough time to try on several gowns/dresses in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. We want to be sure not to rush you, so if you feel like you need more time, We are happy to accommodate when we can.

What should I bring to my appointment?

We suggest you bring nude colored undergarments, a strapless bra, and seamless underwear. This will give you the best preview of what your gown will look like on the big day. We can accommodate up to 4 additional guests comfortably per our COVID-19 guidelines.

What size are your sample gowns?

Our in stock gowns are sample wedding gowns which range from size 8 to 18. You will be surprised by how good we are at adjusting & clipping to make sure you can tell what each gown will look like in your size. Please keep in mind that each collection may have different sizing. This will most often vary from street sizing. Therefore, we will take your measurements and find a sample that will be the best fit. Your gown will be made to measure. We can comfortably fit up to jean size 14/16.

What is the price range of your gowns?

Our orderable gowns start from $900 and go up to around $2500. The majority of our gowns are between $1,300 and $2,000. We carry an assortment of casual, bohemian gowns as well as classic, formal gowns.

When should I start dress shopping?

Most of our bridal designers have a standard lead time of approximately 5-6 months. However, there are some collections that will allow rush orders with designer approval. We suggest that brides start dress shopping about 11 months before their wedding date, especially in the current COVID-19 environment that is slowing down shipping globally.

When will my gown arrive?

Special orders on wedding gowns take approximately 5-8 months, depending upon designer. However some of our designers do keep dresses in stock, which can be available in just a few weeks!

How do I know what size to order?

All of our gowns are ordered by size. Your bust, waist, and hip measurements are taken and then compared to the individual designer's size chart. Our professional stylist will assist the customer with their appropriate size, however the customer will ultimately choose the size they wish to order their gown in. If a bride is in-between sizes, we always recommend ordering the larger size. You can always take a dress in, but can’t always take the dress out. Please keep in mind alterations are always necessary. Extra skirt length, sleeve length, train length, or extra size may be available at an additional charge.

Do you offer shipping?

We will gladly ship any merchandise anywhere in the U.S. Additional charges may apply.

What are your payment options?

We require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed and the remainder is due when the dress arrives at the shop. Payment plans are available.

What is your return policy?

Due to the special nature of our merchandise all sales are final. All orders are specifically cut and dyed for each customer.
